About Process:

What accounting software do you use?

We primarily use Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO) as they are industry standards, but we also work with other platforms like Sage, FreshBooks, Wave, and more. Essentially, we can work with any accounting system as long as it allows remote access.

How can we submit documents, receipts, and bills to you?

We will set you up on Hubdoc, which will automatically collect all your bills and bank statements.

Do you use any additional apps or tools?

Yes, we use a variety of apps and tools. During our scoping process, we assess your needs and recommend the most suitable options, but we’re flexible and can work with any online tool or app you prefer.

Do you offer onsite services?

As a fully remote firm, we do not provide onsite services.
